These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the phboss8 platform and all services offered at phboss8.club. By registering an account or accessing any service on phboss8, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

3.1 phboss8 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may be subject to change.
3.2 All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. phboss8 reserves the right to return funds to their source and suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected.
3.3 Deposits are generally credited to your phboss8 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. phboss8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems, bank holidays, or technical issues on the part of the payment provider.
3.4 All transactions on phboss8 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player and will be applied by your payment provider at their prevailing rate.

5.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may only be used for wagering on phboss8 games. Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Upon satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirements, bonus funds convert to real-money funds eligible for withdrawal.

11.1 phboss8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice where there is reason to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) the account poses a risk management concern; or (d) phboss8 is required to do so by law or by direction of PAGCOR.
11.2 Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining (excluding voided bonuses and funds subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any applicable due diligence process.
11.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phboss8 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Withdrawable balances will be returned following the standard withdrawal process.

13.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
